PostNest - Sub-processors

Elledyne Labs, Inc. ("Elledyne Labs," "we") uses the third-party service providers below ("sub-processors") to operate PostNest. Each one processes personal information only on our instructions, only to provide its service to us, and under a written agreement that requires it to protect that information. None of them may use PostNest data to train AI models.

Current sub-processors

Google LLC (Google Cloud and Firebase)

  • Services: Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, Cloud Storage, Cloud Tasks, Cloud Key Management Service, Artifact Registry, Cloud Logging, Error Reporting, Firebase Hosting, and (website only, with consent) Firebase Analytics.
  • Purpose: account sign-in; hosting PostNest Cloud and the PostNest app; storing your brands, drafts, campaigns, uploaded media, approvals, and publishing history, and their backups; storing encrypted access tokens, connection details, posts awaiting publication, staged media, publishing records, and Inbox comments; encrypting access tokens; running scheduled publishing; running the Brand Forge website reader (PostnestBot) and its live view; storing the software images our servers run; keeping server logs and error reports; serving postnest.io and app.postnest.io.
  • Location: United States.

RunPod

  • Services: dedicated GPU infrastructure (Secure Cloud data centres) on which we run our own open-weights AI model.
  • Purpose: generating the drafts you ask for - brand definitions, posts, and replies to comments. Content is processed only while a draft is generated; request logging is turned off, and results are held for at most a few minutes for delivery. RunPod does not receive your access tokens and does not store your content on disk.
  • Location: United States.

Resend

  • Services: transactional email.
  • Purpose: sending account emails such as sign-in, verification, password-reset, and service notices.
  • Location: United States.

Stripe, Inc.

  • Services: payment processing - Stripe Checkout and the Stripe customer portal.
  • Purpose: taking subscription payments, storing your payment method, issuing invoices, and letting you change plans or cancel. Stripe collects your payment details directly; we never receive your full card number. We store only your plan, subscription status, billing period, and the Stripe customer and subscription identifiers.
  • Location: United States.

Not sub-processors

The social platforms you connect (Meta, X, LinkedIn, and TikTok) are not our sub-processors. When you approve a post, we send it to the platform you chose on your instruction, and each platform handles the data it receives as an independent controller under its own terms and privacy policy.

Changes to this list

We will update this page before a new sub-processor begins processing personal information, and, for customers covered by our Data Processing Agreement, give at least 30 days' notice so you can object as the DPA describes. To ask to be notified of changes, email service@postnest.io.
